Any changes to the original 3-day camp registered must be made two weeks prior to the start of the camp. You can switch camp as long as it is done prior to the two week deadline. Any difference in the price of the two camps must be paid in full. In case of no-shows without valid reason, DBX will not return the paid fee. In case of sudden illness or injury prior to the camp DBX will reimburse 50% of the paid fee.
Campers should wear basketball attire to camp. This includes sneakers, shorts and a t-shirt or jersey. Optional is to bring your own ball. Do NOT bring any jewelry, valuables or loose cash. Mobile phones should be kept in the campers sport bag and only used in case of emergencies or during breaks.
DBX prides itself on having the #1 basketball staff in Amsterdam. The staff is made up of (ex) professional players, guest current/former college coaches/players and/or guest current/former NBA players. Everyone on our staff has extensive knowledge of the game of basketball as well as experience teaching and coaching youth and young adults.
The boys and girls participate in camp activities together. Our coaches are professionals who create parity in each group and assure that everyone receives equal playing time and attention.
The groups are generally divided by age and talent level.

Each day of camp has its own personality. Generally there is a current professional coach or former professional basketball player that highlights a particular day, however, the structure of the camp remains constant.
The camp fee includes all coaching and instruction, lunch, water, fruit and a T-shirt.

Yes. We will have a catering company providing the food. Vegetarian and Vegan options are available upon request.

No. A lot of planning and work goes into making all the teams equal, which helps the staff teach the game better. Requesting that a camper be paired with another camper would affect the balance of the camp.

Parents are welcome to stay during the first 30 minutes Introduction Session from 9:00AM – 9:30AM and the last 30 minutes Game time at 3:30PM – 4PM. During the camp parents are kindly requested to leave.
No. DBX reserves the right to kindly request unannounced visitors and/or coaches outside of the DBX Academy to leave.
