Seasonal Membership Contribution
The seasonal membership contribution should be paid in full at least one week prior to the start of the season. If you become a member during the season, the time of registration will determine your contribution, which should be paid in full at least one week prior to the first training day.
We advise our members to pay the applicable contribution in time and sufficiently in order to participate. Please note that your payment obligation will remain in effect until you have followed our membership cancellation policy.
One-time Registration Fee
The club charges a one-time registration fee of EUR 12,50 which should be paid in addition to the seasonal membership fee and according to the payment policy.
Payment plan (option will lapse for next season 2021/2022)
The club offers a payment plan of two (2) installments for those who sign up at the start of the season. The first installment needs to be paid at least one week prior to the start of the season. The second installment needs to be paid by the end of December.
Invoicing & Payment
The club will invoice the membership contribution upon receipt of the membership registration form.
Payment is required by direct Bank transfer : IBAN: NL 67 INGB 0006 2310 64 (if applicable BIC:INGBNL2A) Attn. Basketball Vereniging DBX Wolves, please include the invoice number, name of the player, team and applicable basketball season.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Basketball season runs from August/September till June.
Cancellation of your membership is accepted in writing no later than April 30th of each Basketball season. The membership will end per July of the applicable Basketball season.

Please state your full name, date of birth, team and the reason for your cancellation. Cancellations will be confirmed to the player by the club in writing.
Cancellations received after April 30th are not accepted. The player will remain a member of the club for the following season. The club will continue to reserve the right to charge the player, parent or authorized caretaker of the player the applicable seasonal membership fee.
In the event that a player needs to cancel his/her membership during the Basketball year and/or after April 30th due to serious injury, long-term illness and/or disability, the club will cancel the membership upon proof of reason and as requested by the player.
